🔔 Discussion mentions now appear in Notifications
We’re pleased to introduce in-app notifications for user mentions in the Document Viewer’s Discussion pane.
Building on the tagging feature released last summer in our 2025.08 release, users who are tagged will now see a notification under the bell icon in DataServ. The notification identifies who mentioned them, provides a preview of the comment, and links directly to the relevant document.
Existing email notifications will continue as they do today. Together, the in-app and email alerts help users notice and respond to requests sooner without repeatedly checking individual documents.
